DESCRIPTION:OverviewThe California Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) is offering a virtual “Export Assistance Accelerator” program to up to 20 eligible California Cleantech businesses focused on the Nordic markets with renowned international market entry advisor Trade Horizons. \nThe program will begin on September 17 and will provide participants with valuable insights into what it takes to export your Cleantech products or services to the Nordics. \nWhy Attend?Nordics Lead the Way in Renewable Energy and Cleantech Innovation\nDriven by strong climate goals and a focus on decarbonization\, the Nordics already surpassed the EU’s 2030 renewable energy target of 42.5% in 2023. This progress has fuelled a vibrant ecosystem\, with approximately 140 new cleantech start-ups founded each year\, supporting innovation and growth in the region.\nUnlocking Nordic Opportunities for U.S. Cleantech Innovators\nU.S. firms excelling in cleantech are particularly well-positioned to capitalize on the significant demand for green transmission & clean energy solutions in the Nordics. This program is a unique chance to grow globally\, build alliances\, and join the thriving Nordic cleantech ecosystem\nProgram Structure and CostThis initiative is over 90% funded by the State of California. The program consists of 3 main modules with 8 sessions in total. The participation fee per company totals $500.
